Acceptance of Terms

Account Suspension & Termination

12.1 Closure by You

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the 135pub Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
